2. Product Overview
The AIRO COMFORT 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner is a versatile 3-in-1 unit designed for cooling, dehumidifying, and fan-only operation. Its compact design and caster wheels allow for easy mobility, making it suitable for various rooms up to 350 sq. ft. The unit features an intuitive LED display, remote control, and an easy DIY installation kit.

3. Setup and Installation
The AIRO COMFORT Portable Air Conditioner is designed for easy DIY installation. Follow these steps to set up your unit.
3.1 Unpacking and Positioning
- Carefully remove the unit from its packaging.
- Place the unit upright on a flat, stable surface. If the unit was transported on its side, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before operation.
- Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow.
- The unit is equipped with 360° swiveling caster wheels for easy movement.

3.2 Window Kit Installation
The included window kit is compatible with most double/single-hung and sliding sash windows.
- Adjust the window sealing plate to fit your window opening.
- Secure the window sealing plate in place.
- Attach the exhaust hose to the unit's exhaust outlet.
- Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the opening in the window sealing plate. Ensure a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

3.3 Drainage
During cooling and dehumidifying modes, water condensation will collect inside the unit. The unit has drain plugs for manual drainage. For continuous drainage, connect a drain hose (not always included, check packaging) to the continuous drain port and direct it to a suitable drain.

4. Operating Instructions
Your AIRO COMFORT Portable Air Conditioner can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.
4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The intuitive LED display and touch buttons on the unit, along with the remote control, allow for easy adjustment of settings.

4.2 Operating Modes
- Cooling Mode: Provides powerful cooling to lower room temperature.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling, ideal for ventilation.
- Dehumidifier Mode: Removes excess moisture from the air, improving comfort.
4.3 Temperature and Fan Speed Adjustment
Use the temperature up/down buttons to set your desired room temperature. Adjust the fan speed (low, medium, high) to control airflow intensity.
4.4 Timer Function
Set the timer to automatically turn the unit on or off after a specified period (up to 24 hours).
4.5 Sleep Mode
Activate Sleep Mode for quiet operation and reduced fan noise, ideal for nighttime use. The LED display can be turned off in this mode.

4.6 4-Way Swing
The unit features automatic 4-way swing motion to distribute cool air evenly throughout the room.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air conditioner.
5.1 Filter Cleaning
The unit is equipped with an easy-to-clean dual-layer filter. Clean the filter regularly (every two weeks or as needed) to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Remove the filter from the back of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.

5.2 Draining Accumulated Water
Periodically check and drain any accumulated water from the unit, especially if not using continuous drainage. If the internal water tank becomes full, the unit may stop operating and display an error code.
5.3 Storage
Before storing the unit for an extended period, ensure it is completely drained and the filter is clean and dry. Store the unit in an upright position in a cool, dry place.
