6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
  • Fastener Checks: Periodically inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity and prevent wobbling or noise.
  • Weight Distribution: Ensure weight is evenly distributed on both bunks to prevent undue stress on the frame.
  • Mattress Care: Follow your mattress manufacturer's guidelines for cleaning and maintenance.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Wobbling or Instability: Check all connections and ensure bolts are fully tightened. Verify the anti-tip device is properly installed and secured to the wall.
  • Squeaking Noises: Squeaking often indicates loose connections. Re-tighten all bolts and screws. Applying a small amount of lubricant to metal-on-metal contact points can also help.
  • Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon arrival, contact Jocoevol customer support immediately with your purchase details and the specific missing components. Do not attempt to substitute parts.
