Operating Instructions
Depth Adjustment
The unit features 4 adjustable working depth settings: -0.5", -0.3", -0.16", and +0.16". Select the appropriate depth based on your lawn's condition and desired task (dethatching or scarifying). Start with a higher setting and adjust as needed.

Dethatching Mode
When using the rake blade, the unit functions as a dethatcher, removing accumulated thatch from your lawn. Push the unit steadily across the lawn, overlapping passes slightly to ensure complete coverage. The removed thatch can be collected in the attached bag or raked manually afterward.

Aeration/Scarifying Mode
With the scarifier blade installed, the unit aerates the soil, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach grass roots more effectively. This mode is also effective for breaking up compacted soil and preparing areas for seeding. Operate the unit similarly to dethatching, ensuring even coverage.
