Before First Use
Before using your new Ganiza GB20 Smoothie Blender for the first time, please follow these steps:
- Unpack all parts from the box.
- Wash the 43oz blending jar, lid, 24oz cups, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.
Assembly and Setup
Follow these instructions to properly assemble your blender:
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
- For the 43oz blending jar: Add your ingredients to the jar. Secure the blade assembly onto the bottom of the jar by twisting it clockwise until tight. Place the lid securely on top of the jar.
- For the 24oz nutrient extraction cups: Add your ingredients to the cup. Secure the blade assembly onto the open end of the cup by twisting it clockwise until tight.
- Place the assembled jar or cup onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the jar/cup with the slots on the base. Twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Blending with the 43oz Jar
- Prepare ingredients: Cut solid ingredients into 1-inch pieces. Do not overfill the jar beyond the maximum fill line.
- Add ingredients: Always add liquids first, then soft ingredients, then leafy greens, and finally ice or frozen ingredients.
- Secure the lid and place the jar onto the motor base as described in the Assembly section.
- Select your desired blending program or speed setting. The blender features Auto-smart Technology with intelligent programs for one-touch blend, pulse, smoothies, and salsas. It also has adjustable speed control for manual operation.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin blending.
- Once blending is complete, press START/STOP again to stop the appliance.
- Twist the jar counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it from the base. Carefully remove the lid and pour.
Blending with the 24oz Nutrient Extraction Cups
- Add ingredients to the 24oz cup. Do not overfill.
- Secure the blade assembly onto the cup by twisting clockwise until tight.
- Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise to lock.
- Select your desired blending program or speed setting.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin blending.
- Once blending is complete, press START/STOP again to stop the appliance.
- Twist the cup counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it from the base. Invert the cup, carefully remove the blade assembly by twisting counter-clockwise, and replace with a To-Go Lid if desired.

Cleaning the Blender Base
- Always unplug the blender base before cleaning.
- Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning the Jars, Cups, Lids, and Blade Assembly
- The 43oz blending jar, 24oz cups, lids, and blade assembly are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
- Alternatively, wash these parts in warm, soapy water using a sponge or the provided cleaning brush. Rinse thoroughly.
- Exercise extreme caution when cleaning the blade assembly as the blades are very sharp.
Storage
Store the blender in a clean, dry place. Ensure the power cord is neatly wrapped and not kinked.
