3. Setup Guide

  1. Unpack the Mini PC: Carefully remove the Beelink GTI13 Ultra Mini PC and all accessories from its packaging.
  2. Connect Peripherals:
    • Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C video output ports.
    • Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
    • For wired internet, connect an Ethernet cable to one of the 2.5G LAN ports.
    • If using external audio, connect speakers or headphones to the 3.5mm audio jack.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the AC IN port on the mini PC, then plug the other end into a power outlet.

4.1 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press the power button on the front panel.
  • To Shut Down: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Shut down.
  • To Restart: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Restart.
  • To Sleep: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Sleep.

4.2 Using the Fingerprint Sensor

6. Troubleshooting

No Power:
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the mini PC and a working power outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on.
No Display:
Verify that the monitor is powered on and the video cable (HDMI, DP, or USB-C) is securely connected to both the mini PC and the monitor. Try a different video port or cable if available.
No Internet Connection:
For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable and router status. For Wi-Fi, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings and you are connected to the correct network with the correct password.
Slow Performance:
Close unnecessary applications. Check for background processes consuming high CPU or RAM. Ensure the system is well-ventilated and not overheating. Run a disk cleanup and defragmentation (for HDDs, not SSDs).
Fingerprint Sensor Not Working:
Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Re-register your fingerprints in Windows Hello settings if the issue persists.
