4. Setup and Installation

The LocoShield GPS tracker is designed for easy "Plug and Play" installation. It is compatible with both key and push-button start vehicles.

4.1. Pre-Installation Steps

1. Mobile App Installation: Download the Onelap application from your device's app store (Android or iOS).
2. SIM Card Activation: The device comes with a pre-installed 4G SIM card. Ensure it is active and recharged for 1 year of data (recharge cost: ₹699).

4.2. Wiring and Placement

The installation involves connecting the device wires to the vehicle's fuse box. No wire cutting is typically required, preserving vehicle warranty.

• Cable: The device features a heat-resistant cable, approximately 1 meter in length, with insulated covering and rustproof connectors.
• Placement: The compact size allows for hidden installation within the vehicle, such as inside the car dashboard or bike headlamp.
