Setup

1. Charging Dock Placement: Place the docking station against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on either side and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the dock. Plug in the power adapter.
2. Initial Charge: Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status. Fully charge the robot before first use (approximately 4-5 hours).
3. Install Side Brushes: Snap the side brushes into their designated slots on the bottom of the robot until they click into place.
4. Prepare for Mopping (Optional): If using the mopping function, fill the water tank with clean water. Attach the mop pad securely to the mop board, then slide the mop board into the designated slot on the robot.

Control Methods

• App Control: Download the XIEBro app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The app allows for scheduling, cleaning mode selection, real-time monitoring, and more.

Navigation and Design

• Automatic Recharging: When the battery level is low, the robot automatically returns to its charging base. It then resumes cleaning to complete unfinished tasks once sufficiently charged. It can clean up to 1290 sq ft on a full charge (120 minutes).

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

• Dust Box and Filter: Empty the dust box after each use. Clean the filter regularly by tapping it against a trash can to remove debris. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, or as needed.
• Main Brush: Remove the main brush and clean any tangled hair or debris using the cleaning tool provided.
• Side Brushes: Check side brushes for wear or damage. Clean any tangled hair. Replace if bristles are bent or worn.
• Sensors and Charging Contacts: Wipe the anti-drop sensors, anti-collision sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth.
• Mop Pad: Remove and wash the mop pad after each mopping session. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
