The intuitive control panel allows for easy selection of sealing modes.

Vacuum Sealing Bags

  1. Prepare the Bag: Use MZROT vacuum sealer bags or rolls. If using a roll, pull out the desired length and use the built-in cutter to create a straight cut. Ensure one end of the bag is already sealed.
  2. Fill the Bag: Place the food item into the bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the open end to the contents. This space is crucial for proper vacuuming and sealing.
  3. Position the Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, ensuring it lies flat and smooth across the sealing strip. The bag positioning clamp helps prevent shifting.
  4. Close the Lid: Firmly press down on the lid until it clicks into place, indicating it is locked.
  5. Select Mode: Choose the appropriate mode based on your food type:
    • Dry: For solid, dry food items.
    • Moist: For food items with some moisture.
    • Gentle: For delicate items that might be crushed by full vacuum pressure.
    • Normal: Standard vacuum pressure.
  6. Start Sealing: Press the 'Vac&Seal' button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then seal it. The progress display will show the status.
  7. Release: Once the process is complete, the machine will release the lid automatically or indicate completion. Open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

To create a seal without vacuuming, simply place the bag in the machine, close the lid, and press the 'Seal Only' button. This is useful for making bags from rolls or resealing snack bags.

Pulse Vacuum Function

For delicate items that require precise control over vacuum pressure, use the 'Pulse Vacuum' function. Press and hold the 'Pulse Vacuum' button to vacuum, and release to stop. Once the desired vacuum level is reached, press the 'Seal' button to seal the bag.

External Vacuum Extraction (Canister Mode)

Your MZROT vacuum sealer can also be used to vacuum seal canisters and other compatible containers.

  1. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the machine.
  2. Connect the other end of the hose to the port on your vacuum-sealable canister.
  3. Select 'Canister' mode on the control panel, then press the 'Enter' button to begin the external vacuum process.

  2. Pull out the drip tray in the direction of the arrow.
  3. Lift the tray upwards to remove it completely.
  4. Empty any collected liquids and wash the tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting.

Cleaning the Sealing Strip and Vacuum Channel

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Wipe the sealing strip and the vacuum channel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
