2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always handle the pot with care, especially when hot. Use the silicone non-slip handles to prevent burns.
  • Do not overfill the pot with oil. The heightened pot body is designed to prevent oil splashing and overflow, but excessive filling can still pose a risk.
  • Ensure the pot is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface during use.
  • Never leave the deep fryer unattended while in use, especially when heating oil.
  • Keep children and pets away from the deep fryer during operation.
  • Do not immerse the entire pot in water for cleaning, especially if it has electrical components (this product does not, but general advice). Clean according to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.
  • Use appropriate cooking utensils that are safe for non-stick surfaces.
  • In case of an oil fire, do NOT use water. Smother the flames with a metal lid or a fire blanket.

5.2 Frying Process

  1. Add Oil: Pour cooking oil into the fryer pan. Do not fill beyond two-thirds of the pot's capacity to allow for food displacement and prevent splashing. The heightened pot body helps contain oil during frying.
  2. Heat Oil: Place the pot on your chosen stove type and heat the oil to the desired temperature. The uniform heat conduction bottom ensures efficient and even heating, saving energy and time.
  3. Add Food: Carefully place food into the hot oil. Use appropriate tongs or a basket.
  4. Fry: Cook food until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Drain Oil: Once cooked, lift the food using the integrated oil drain mesh. Allow excess oil to drip back into the pot.
  6. Serve: Remove food from the mesh and serve.

  4. Clean Filter: The stainless steel oil drain mesh can be washed with warm soapy water and a brush to remove any food residue.
  5. Clean Lid: Wash the glass lid with warm soapy water.
  6. Rinse and Dry: Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water and dry them completely before storing to prevent water spots or rust.
  7. Storage: Store the clean and dry deep fryer pot in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common concerns you might encounter with your deep fryer pot.

  • Oil Splashing: Ensure the pot is not overfilled with oil. Always add food carefully and slowly to hot oil. The heightened pot body is designed to minimize splashing, but proper technique is still crucial.
  • Food Sticking to Pot: The pot features a non-stick coating. Ensure you are using appropriate cooking utensils (non-metal) and that the pot is clean before use. If the coating is damaged, discontinue use.
  • Uneven Heating: The pot is designed for uniform heat conduction. Ensure your stove burner is appropriately sized for the pot's base and that the heat source is stable and consistent.
  • Difficulty Cleaning: For stubborn residue, soak the pot in warm soapy water for a short period before cleaning with a soft sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
