2. Safety Information
- Read all instructions carefully before installation and use.
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected at the main circuit breaker before installation, maintenance, or cleaning.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
- The mounting structure must be capable of supporting the weight of the fan (refer to specifications for weight).
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) from the floor to the lowest point of the fan blades.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and other obstructions to prevent blade interference.
- Do not insert any objects into the path of the rotating blades.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

4. Setup and Installation
This section provides general guidelines for installation. Always refer to the detailed installation diagrams and instructions provided in the physical manual included with your product for precise steps.
- Power Disconnection: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the installation area is completely turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to a ceiling joist or a fan-rated outlet box. Ensure it is firmly attached and can support the fan's weight.
- Downrod Assembly: Attach the 150mm downrod to the fan motor housing. The total distance from the ceiling to the blades will be approximately 390mm. A shortened downrod can reduce this to 320mm.
- Wiring: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the wiring diagram in your physical manual. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
- Fan Housing Attachment: Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang it from the mounting bracket. Secure the fan housing to the bracket.
- Blade Installation: Attach the plastic blades to the fan motor. The design allows for installation with 2, 3, or 4 blades. Ensure blades are securely fastened.
- Canopy Installation: Slide the canopy up to the ceiling and secure it to cover the wiring connections and mounting bracket.
- Sloped Ceiling Installation: This fan is suitable for installation on sloped ceilings up to 23 degrees. Ensure the mounting bracket and downrod are compatible with the angle.
- Light Kit Installation (Optional): If you are installing an optional light kit, follow the specific instructions provided with the light kit.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Remote Control Operation
The fan is controlled by the included radio remote control. Ensure batteries are correctly installed in the remote.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the fan on or off.
- Speed Control: Use the speed buttons to select one of the 6 available fan speeds. The fan operates at a maximum speed of 170 RPM and a minimum idle speed of 30 RPM.
- Light Control: If an optional light kit is installed, use the light control buttons to turn the light on/off or adjust its brightness (dimming function).
- Forward/Reverse (Summer/Winter Mode): This function changes the direction of blade rotation.
- Summer Mode (Counter-clockwise): Creates a downward airflow, producing a cooling effect.
- Winter Mode (Clockwise): Creates an upward airflow, circulating warm air trapped near the ceiling.
- Auto-Off Timer: Set a timer for the fan to automatically turn off after a specified duration. Refer to the remote control's specific instructions for timer settings.
5.2 Wi-Fi Connectivity
The fan features Wi-Fi compatibility, allowing for control via a smartphone application. Refer to the separate Wi-Fi setup guide or the manufacturer's website for instructions on connecting your fan to your home Wi-Fi network and using the dedicated app.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your ceiling fan.
- Before Cleaning: Always turn off the power to the fan at the main circuit breaker before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Cleaning Blades and Housing: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the fan blades and motor housing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Dust Removal: Periodically use a duster or vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the fan blades and motor housing.
- Tighten Fasteners: Check all screws and fasteners periodically to ensure they are tight. Over time, vibrations can cause them to loosen.
- Motor Lubrication: The fan's DC/EC motor is permanently lubricated and does not require additional oiling.
