Setup
Step 1: Install Batteries
The timer requires two new AAA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included). Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device. Insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-) and securely close the compartment.

Step 2: Mount the Watering Timer onto the Faucet
Align the timer's brass inlet with your outdoor faucet. Begin twisting it clockwise until it becomes snug. For a secure and watertight seal, it is recommended to use Teflon tape on the faucet threads before attaching the timer. Ensure the connection is firm to prevent leaks.

Step 3: Activate the Device
Turn the timer dial to the "ON" position. Press and hold the "MANUAL" button for 3-5 seconds. Press the "ZONE" button twice to select both Zone 1 and Zone 2. When the screen flashes, immediately press the "OK" button to start manual watering. Listen for two clicks, indicating the valves have opened. Turn the dial to "OFF" to close the valves. Repeat this process 3-5 times. Then, open the faucet and repeat the activation steps. If everything looks good, your timer is successfully activated.

Operating Instructions
Customized Watering Plan
To create a customized watering schedule:
- Set Time Format: Turn the dial to "SET CLOCK". Use the "+" or "-" button to select between 12H/24H format. Press "OK" to confirm.
- Set Current Time: Use the "+" or "-" button to set the current exact time (hours then minutes). Use "OK" to switch between hours and minutes. Press and hold "+" or "-" to scroll faster.
- Set Start Time: Turn the dial to "START TIME". Use "+" or "-" to adjust the start watering time. Use "ZONE" button to switch between watering zones.
- Set Irrigation Duration: Turn the dial to "HOW LONG". Use "+" or "-" to adjust the watering duration (1 minute to 3 hours 59 minutes). Setting duration to "00:00" will disable a specific zone.
- Set Irrigation Frequency: Turn the dial to "HOW OFTEN". Use "+" or "-" to set the desired interval (every 1 hour - 12 hours, or every 1-7 days).
Once all settings are complete, turn the dial to "ON". Your timer will now begin working as scheduled. Enjoy automated irrigation!

Manual Watering Mode
To access manual watering mode without affecting preset schedules:
- Keep the dial at "ON".
- Press and hold the "MANUAL" button for 3-5 seconds.
- Use the "ZONE" button to select the desired zone (Zone 1, Zone 2, or Both Zones).
- Use "+" or "-" button to adjust the duration (1 minute to 8 hours).
- Press the "OK" button to begin manual watering.

Rain Delay Function
The Rain Delay function helps conserve water and prevent overwatering during rainy periods:
- Press and hold the "DELAY" button for 3-5 seconds to enter Rain Delay mode.
- Use the "+" or "-" button to adjust the delay duration (24h, 48h, or 72h).
- Press "OK" to confirm the rain delay.
The timer will temporarily suspend automatic watering during the set delay period and automatically resume the programmed schedule afterward.
