Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the espresso machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and operation.
- Water Tank Installation:
The 34-oz water tank is removable for easy refilling. Lift the tank from the back of the machine, fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line, and securely place it back into position.

- Initial Rinse: Before first use, perform an initial rinse cycle. Fill the water tank, place a large cup under the portafilter spout, and run a cycle without coffee grounds to flush the system.

Operating Instructions
General Operation:
- Power On: Touch the ON/OFF button on the HD LED touch display to turn on the machine. The ON/OFF button will breathe (flash) indicating the machine is heating up. It will stop breathing when ready.
- Select Your Brew: The touchscreen offers various options: Espresso, Americano, Cool, Steam, Double Espresso, Double Americano, and Double Cool.

Making Espresso/Americano:
- Prepare Grounds: Add freshly ground coffee to the appropriate filter (one-cup or two-cup) in the portafilter. Use the tamper end of the spoon to press the coffee evenly.
- Attach Portafilter: Lock the portafilter into the machine by aligning it and twisting from left to right until it clicks securely.
- Place Cup: Position your cup under the portafilter spout.
- Brew: Select your desired function (Espresso, Americano, Double Espresso, Double Americano) on the touchscreen. The machine will begin brewing. A rich, aromatic espresso with perfect crema will be ready in 30-40 seconds.

Making Iced Coffee:
The machine can brew "Cool" or "Double Cool" coffee directly, which is ideal for pouring over ice without immediate dilution.
- Prepare Ice: Fill your cup with ice.
- Brew Cool Coffee: Select "Cool" or "Double Cool" on the touchscreen. The machine will brew coffee at a lower temperature suitable for iced beverages.
- Pro Tip: If you just finished making hot coffee and want to make cool coffee immediately, drain the remaining hot water from the pipeline by turning the steam knob to the WATER position until it stops. This will cool down the machine to the appropriate temperature for brewing cool coffee.

Steaming Milk:
The adjustable steam wand allows you to quickly heat milk and create velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.
- Prepare Milk: Fill a milk frothing pitcher with cold milk.
- Activate Steam: Turn the steam knob on the side of the machine to the STEAM position. Wait for the machine to heat up (the Steam icon will stop breathing).
- Froth Milk: Submerge the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk. Turn the steam knob to release steam and froth the milk to your desired consistency.
- Clean Wand: Immediately after frothing, turn the steam knob off and wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your espresso machine.
- Drip Tray: The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Empty and rinse it regularly.
- Water Tank: Clean the removable water tank periodically with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Portafilter and Filters: After each use, remove coffee grounds and rinse the portafilter and filters under running water.
