1. Introduction

The EXVIST Portable Wireless HDMI Receiver (Model ITS2EM01) is designed to provide high-definition wireless video streaming. This device allows you to receive 1080P HD video signals from a compatible EXVIST wireless HDMI transmitter (sold separately) and display them on your TV, projector, or monitor. 3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your EXVIST Wireless HDMI Receiver:

1. Connect the Receiver to Display: Plug the HDMI end of the EXVIST Wireless HDMI Receiver into an available HDMI input port on your television, projector, or monitor. If space is limited, use the included HDMI Female to Male Cable as an extender.
2. Attach the Antenna: Screw the external antenna securely onto the antenna port of the receiver unit. Ensure it is finger-tight for optimal signal reception.
3. Provide Power: Connect the included Type-C Power Cable to the Type-C port on the receiver. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source (e.g., a USB port on your TV, a USB wall adapter, or a power bank). The receiver requires DC-5V power.
4. Power On Display: Turn on your television, projector, or monitor and select the corresponding HDMI input source to which the receiver is connected.
5. Pair with Transmitter: Ensure your EXVIST Wireless HDMI Transmitter (sold separately) is also powered on and connected to your source device (e.g., laptop, DVD player). The receiver will automatically attempt to pair with the transmitter. A stable connection will be indicated by the status lights on both units.

Once the receiver is successfully set up and paired with a transmitter, it will automatically begin streaming content.

• Automatic Connection: The system is designed for plug-and-play operation. After initial setup, the receiver and transmitter should automatically establish a connection when powered on.
• High-Definition Streaming: The receiver supports 1080P resolution at 60fps, providing clear and smooth video playback.
• Signal Stability: The built-in automatic balance system helps maintain a smooth, clear, and stable picture.
• Remote Control Extension: The system supports external remote infrared extension, allowing you to control your source equipment from the display location.
• Wireless Range: The wireless transmission distance can reach up to 492ft (150m) in an open, barrier-free environment. In environments with obstacles like office corridors, the range may be reduced to approximately 60 meters.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Ventilation: Ensure the receiver is placed in a well-ventilated area. The device features triple heat dissipation to keep it running smoothly, but proper airflow is still important to prevent overheating.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the receiver in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Cable Management: Avoid bending or crimping the power and HDMI cables excessively to prevent damage.

• No Signal on Display:
  • Ensure the receiver is properly connected to the HDMI input of your display and the correct HDMI source is selected.
  • Verify that the receiver is receiving power via the Type-C cable and its indicator light is on.
  • Confirm that the transmitter (sold separately) is also powered on and correctly connected to your source device.
  • Check the distance between the transmitter and receiver. Reduce obstacles and ensure they are within the effective range.
• Video Lag or Choppy Playback:
  • Reduce the distance between the transmitter and receiver. Performance can degrade with increased distance or through multiple walls.
  • Minimize interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) by repositioning the units.
  • Ensure both units have adequate ventilation to prevent overheating, which can affect performance.
• No Audio:
  • Verify that the audio output settings on your source device are correctly configured.
  • Check the audio settings on your display device.
• Interference with Other Devices:
  • If you experience interference with nearby radio equipment, try repositioning the wireless HDMI units away from sensitive devices.
