3. Setup Guide
3.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. The headset can be charged using the included TYPE-C charging cable or by placing it on the wireless charging base.
- Using TYPE-C Cable: Connect the TYPE-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source.
- Using Wireless Charging Base: Place the headset securely on the charging base. Ensure the charging indicators illuminate.
A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. The headset provides up to 30 hours of continuous talk time and 300 hours of standby time.

3.2 Connecting the Headset
The EH11 headset supports dual connection via Bluetooth 5.3 and a 2.4G USB dongle, allowing simultaneous connection to two devices.
3.2.1 Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure the headset is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the headset's indicator light for status).
- On your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "awatrue EH11" from the list to pair.
3.2.2 2.4G USB Dongle Connection
- Plug the 2.4G USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer or laptop.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.
4.2 Call Management
The headset features an AI Noise Cancelling Microphone for crystal-clear calls and intuitive controls.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Call Control button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Call Control button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up/Down: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the earcup.
- Microphone Mute: Rotate the mic boom to the upright position to mute. Rotate down to your mouth to unmute. This feature is only available during a call.

4.3 Voice Assistant & Call Reminder
The headset supports voice assistant activation and includes a call reminder feature.
- Voice Assistant: Press the Voice Assistant button (refer to product diagram for exact location) to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
- Call Reminder: The headset will provide an audible reminder for incoming calls, even during busy meetings, ensuring you don't miss important communications.
