Setup and Assembly
Assembly is required for this workbench. Follow the steps below and refer to the provided diagrams and video for detailed guidance. Pre-drilled holes simplify the process.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Leg Frames: Attach the horizontal crossbars to the vertical steel legs to form the H-shaped frames. Ensure all bolts are finger-tight at this stage.
- Attach Tabletop: Secure the rubberwood tabletop to the assembled leg frames using the provided hardware.
- Install Drawers: Assemble the drawer components (back panel, front panel, bottom panel, divider) and attach the drawer slides to the drawer and the workbench frame. Ensure smooth operation.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Height
The workbench height can be adjusted from 28 inches to 40 inches. To adjust, loosen the locking mechanisms on each leg, raise or lower the tabletop to the desired height, and then securely tighten the locking mechanisms. Ensure the workbench is empty or has minimal load during adjustment for safety.
Using Casters and Feet
If using swivel casters, engage the foot brakes when the workbench is in its desired position to prevent unintended movement. If using adjustable metal feet, ensure they are properly leveled to prevent wobbling on uneven surfaces.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the rubberwood tabletop with a damp cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the varnish. Clean steel components with a damp cloth.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Drawer Slides: If drawers become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the drawer slides.
- Tabletop Care: The rubberwood tabletop has a protective safety varnish. To prolong its life, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Workbench is wobbly. | Loose fasteners; uneven floor; adjustable feet not properly set. | Ensure all bolts are tightened. Adjust the metal feet to level the workbench on uneven surfaces. If using casters, ensure brakes are engaged. |
| Drawer sticks or does not slide smoothly. | Drawer slides misaligned; debris in slides; drawer overloaded. | Check that drawer slides are correctly installed and aligned. Clean any debris from the slides. Do not exceed the 50 lbs weight limit for the drawer. A small amount of silicone lubricant can improve slide action. |
| Power outlets not working. | Power switch off; power cord not plugged in; circuit breaker tripped. | Ensure the power strip's on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Verify the main power cord is securely plugged into a working wall outlet. Check your household circuit breaker. |
| Missing parts upon delivery. | Packaging error or transit damage. | Refer to the package contents list. Contact customer support immediately with your purchase details and a list of missing items. |
