Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the keyboard using the provided Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the keyboard's Type-C port and a USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Connecting the Keyboard

The Keychron K10 HE offers three connectivity modes:

  1. Bluetooth 5.2:

    Toggle the switch on the keyboard to Bluetooth mode. On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for "Keychron K10 HE". Select it to pair. You can pair up to three devices and switch between them using function keys (e.g., Fn + 1, 2, or 3).

  2. 2.4 GHz Wireless:

    Insert the 2.4GHz receiver into a USB-A port on your computer. Toggle the switch on the keyboard to 2.4GHz mode. The keyboard should automatically connect. Use the extension adapter for optimal signal strength if needed.

  3. Type-C Wired:

    Connect the keyboard to your computer using the provided Type-C cable. Toggle the switch on the keyboard to cable mode. The keyboard will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously.

Troubleshooting
