1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the dehumidifier and retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always place the dehumidifier on a stable, level surface.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the rating label.
  • Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent.
  • Keep the appliance at least 20 cm (8 inches) away from walls or other objects to ensure proper airflow.
  • Do not insert objects into the air inlet or outlet.
  • Do not use the dehumidifier in areas where flammable gases or liquids are stored.
  • Unplug the unit before cleaning, maintenance, or when not in use for extended periods.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
  2. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.
  3. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

3.2 Placement

Proper placement is crucial for optimal performance.

  • Place the dehumidifier in a room where humidity control is desired. It is suitable for rooms between 5 m² and 30 m².
  • Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of clear space around the air inlet and outlet to allow for unrestricted airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls, furniture, or curtains.
  • Operate the unit in an environment with temperatures between 15°C and 40°C for best results.
  • Close all doors and windows in the room to maximize dehumidification efficiency.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the dehumidifier's power port, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet. The unit will enter standby mode.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the control panel to turn the dehumidifier ON or OFF.

4.2 Operating Modes

Press the Mode button to cycle through the available operating modes:

  • Manual Mode (L1/L2): This mode offers two fan speeds for different dehumidification needs.
    • L1 (Standard): For gentle operation and maintaining low humidity levels.
    • L2 (Strong): For rapid and efficient dehumidification in higher humidity conditions.
  • Night Mode: Designed for quiet operation (approximately 33 dB) for undisturbed sleep. The indicator lights are dimmed or turned off in this mode.

4.3 Timer Function

Press the Timer button to set the operating duration. You can choose between 6, 12, or 24 hours. The unit will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.

4.4 Automatic Defrost

The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic defrost function. If frost builds up on the internal components in colder environments, the unit will automatically activate defrosting to maintain optimal performance and protect the appliance. This ensures continuous operation even in low temperatures.

4.5 Water Tank Full & Auto Shut-off

The dehumidifier will automatically shut off when the 3000ml water tank is full to prevent overflow. An indicator light will illuminate to signal that the tank needs to be emptied. The unit will resume operation once the tank is emptied and reinserted correctly.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your dehumidifier.

5.1 Emptying the Water Tank

  1. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier will stop operating and the full tank indicator will light up.
  2. Carefully pull out the water tank from the unit. The transparent window allows you to monitor the water level.
  3. Pour out the collected water.
  4. Slide the empty water tank back into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place. Ensure it is properly seated to allow the unit to resume operation.

5.2 Cleaning the Unit

  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Air Inlet/Outlet: Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment to gently remove any dust or debris from the air inlet and outlet grilles.
  • Water Tank: Clean the water tank regularly with mild soap and water to prevent mold or mildew growth. Rinse thoroughly before reinserting.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your dehumidifier, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
