2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Battery Installation

The receivers come with CR2032 coin batteries pre-installed. The remote transmitter requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

For Receivers:

  1. Use a small screwdriver (not included) to gently open the receiver casing.
  2. Replace the CR2032 coin battery, ensuring the positive (+) side faces up.
  3. Close the receiver cover securely.

For Remote Transmitter:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote transmitter.
  2. Open the compartment and insert 2 AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Locating Items

  1. Keep the remote transmitter in a known, easily accessible location (e.g., on its stand, on a counter).
  2. When an item is misplaced, identify which color-coded receiver is attached to it.
  3. Press the corresponding color button on the remote transmitter.
  4. The receiver will emit a loud 80dB beep and flash an LED light, guiding you to the lost item.
  5. Continue pressing the button until the item is located.
