Setup

1. Battery Installation

The LEXiBOOK Moana Nightlight Alarm Clock requires 3 AA/LR6 batteries (not included) for operation.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the alarm clock.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 3 AA/LR6 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Power On

Once batteries are installed, the LCD screen will power on. You may need to set the time and alarm.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Time

Specific button labels may vary. Generally, look for a SET or TIME SET button.

1. Press the SET button to enter time setting mode.
2. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the hours.
3. Press SET again to move to minutes, then use + and - to adjust.
4. Press SET one more time to confirm and exit time setting mode.

Setting the Alarm

Look for an ALARM SET button, often indicated by a bell icon.

1. Press the ALARM SET button to enter alarm setting mode.
2. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the alarm hours.
3. Press ALARM SET again to move to alarm minutes, then use + and - to adjust.
4. Press ALARM SET to confirm.
5. To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM ON/OFF button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

Selecting Alarm Sounds/Ringtones

The clock offers 6 Moana-inspired sounds and 6 ringtones.

1. While in alarm setting mode (or a dedicated sound setting mode, refer to specific button labels), use the SOUND or MUSIC button to cycle through available options.
2. Adjust the volume using the dedicated volume buttons or the + and - buttons when not in time/alarm setting mode.

Nightlight Function

Press the Moana figure on top of the clock to activate the nightlight. The figure will light up. Press again to turn off. The LCD screen backlight can be toggled on or off for glare-free nights.

Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the top of the clock (or the Moana figure) to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after a few minutes (typically 5-10 minutes).

Cleaning

Wipe the alarm clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the surface.

Battery Replacement

When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all 3 AA/LR6 batteries promptly to ensure continued functionality. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the Setup section.
