- Assemble the window kit panels (A, B, A+B) to fit the opening. Secure them with the provided screw.

2. Exhaust Hose Connection

- Screw the hose connector onto one end of the exhaust hose (anti-clockwise thread).
- Attach the other end of the exhaust hose to the exhaust air outlet on the back of the portable AC unit.
- Connect the hose connector to the opening in the window kit.
- Ensure the hose is as straight and short as possible to maximize efficiency. Avoid sharp bends.
3. Power Connection

Control Panel and Remote Control Functions
- Power Button: Turns the unit ON or OFF.
- Mode Button: Cycles through Cool, Dehumidifier, Fan, and Sleep modes.

Operating Modes
- Cool Mode:

- Dehumidifier Mode (Dry Mode):
Press the Mode button until the Dehumidifier indicator light is on. In this mode, the unit will remove moisture from the air. The fan speed is typically fixed to low in this mode. Ensure continuous drainage is set up using the water pipe for extended use.
- Fan Mode:
Press the Mode button until the Fan indicator light is on. The unit will circulate air without cooling. Use the Speed button to select Low or High fan speed.
- Sleep Mode:
Press the Sleep button. This mode provides quiet operation and gradually increases the set temperature by 1°F after the first hour and another 1°F after the second hour, maintaining the new temperature for 7 hours before returning to the original setting. This helps save energy and ensures comfortable sleep.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your unit.
1. Cleaning the Air Filter
The unit is equipped with removable and washable double-layer filters. It is highly recommended to clean the air filter every two weeks of operation.
- Unplug the air conditioner from the power outlet.
- Locate the air filter panel (usually on the back or side of the unit).
- Remove the filter by gently pulling it out.
- Wash the filter under running water (warm, soapy water if very dirty).

2. Draining Condensed Water

- Manual Drainage: Place a shallow pan or tray under the lower drainage hole. Remove the rubber stopper to allow water to drain. Replace the stopper once drainage is complete.
- Continuous Drainage (Dehumidifier Mode): Attach the provided water pipe to the continuous drainage port (usually the lower drainage hole). Route the pipe to a floor drain or a larger container.
3. Storage
If storing the unit for an extended period:
- Drain all condensed water completely.
- Clean the air filter.
- Run the unit in Fan mode for a few hours to dry the internal components.
- Unplug the power cord and wrap it neatly.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
