Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safety and functionality of your TV mount. Refer to the detailed video guide for visual assistance.

Step 1: Attach Mounting Extensions to Mount

Secure the mounting extensions to the main mount unit using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.

Step 2: Plug Power Adapter into Mount and Power Source

Connect the power adapter to the back of the mount and then plug it into a suitable power source. This is for initial setup and testing.

Step 3: Unfold Mount using Remote and Unplug

Use the RF remote control to fully unfold the mount. Once unfolded, unplug the power adapter from the mount. This prepares the mount for ceiling installation.

Step 4: Mark and Drill Mounting Holes

Position the provided template on the ceiling where you intend to install the mount. Mark the mounting holes. Drill pilot holes according to the manual's specifications. Insert screws into the mounting holes, ensuring they align with the keyhole slots of the mount extensions. DO NOT INSTALL INTO DRYWALL ALONE.

Step 5: Fit Mount Assembly and Secure

Carefully fit the mount assembly through the keyhole slots on the ceiling. Turn the assembly until it is fully supported by the inserted screws. Secure the remaining screws to firmly attach the mount to the ceiling.

Step 6: Attach Bracket Rails to Center Plate

Attach the bracket rails to the center plate of the VESA assembly. Loosen the top two screws and remove the bottom two screws as indicated in the manual.

Step 7: Slide VESA Brackets onto Bracket Rails

Slide the VESA brackets onto the bracket rails. Attach the screws onto the bracket rails to secure them in place.

Step 8: Attach VESA Assembly to TV

Carefully attach the assembled VESA bracket system to the back of your television. Insert the set screws into the VESA bracket to secure the TV.

Step 9: Place TV Assembly onto Mount

With assistance, carefully lift the TV assembly and place it onto the ceiling mount. Tighten the loosened top screws and reinsert the previously removed bottom screws to secure the TV to the mount.

Step 10: Cable Management

Remove the adhesive backing from the cable clips and place them where desired on the mount to manage and conceal cables, ensuring they do not interfere with the mount's movement.

Step 11: Plug Mount into Power Source

Plug the mount's power adapter into a power source to enable its motorized functions.
