The Fulgor Milano FCLHD 9041 HID TS BK2 features intuitive Touch slider controls for precise operation.
4.1 Activating the Hob
Press the main power button to turn on the hob. The control panel will illuminate.
4.2 Cooking Zones
The hob features 4 cooking zones. To activate a cooking zone, place an induction-compatible pot on it and select the desired zone using the touch controls. Adjust the power level using the touch slider.
4.3 Flex Zones
The appliance includes 2 horizontal flex zones. These zones can be combined to accommodate larger or irregularly shaped cookware. To activate a flex zone, select the corresponding control and place your cookware across the designated area. Adjust power as needed.

4.4 Special Functions
- Fast heating boosters: Activate the booster function for rapid heating of a cooking zone.
- Automatic heating: This function brings the zone to a high power level and then automatically reduces it to a pre-selected lower level.
- Keep warm: Maintain food at a serving temperature using the keep warm function.
- End cooking timer: Set a timer for individual cooking zones. The zone will automatically switch off when the set time expires.
4.5 Cooker Hood Operation
The integrated cooker hood features a Rear cap with electric opening. To activate the hood, press the dedicated control button. The rear cap will automatically open, and the fan will start. Adjust the suction speed using the touch controls. The hood offers a Suction capacity: 645 m³/h and operates with a Noise level: from 53 to 63 dBA.
