6.2 Pizza Stone Care
- Allow the pizza stones to cool completely inside the oven before attempting to clean them.
- Scrape off any baked-on food residue with a plastic scraper or stiff brush.

- Wipe the stones with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, heat the stones in the oven at maximum temperature for an hour to burn off residues.
7. Troubleshooting
- Oven Not Heating: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and the main power switches for each deck are turned on. Verify the circuit breaker.
- Uneven Baking: Ensure the oven is preheated sufficiently. Rotate food items halfway through baking. Check that both top and bottom heating elements are functioning.
- Timer Not Working: Ensure the timer knob is correctly set and wound. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Excessive Smoke/Odor: A small amount of smoke/odor during initial burn-off is normal. If it persists, ensure no food debris is burning inside the oven or on the elements.
