3. Before First Use

  1. Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Cleaning: Wash the frying basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.

4. Setup

  1. Insert the frying basket into the frying pan.
  2. Slide the frying pan with the basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
  3. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The appliance is now in standby mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on, press the Power button (Power icon). The display will light up.
  • To turn off, press and hold the Power button until the display turns off.

5.2 Using Preset Programs

The appliance comes with 8 preset programs for common dishes. These programs automatically set the optimal temperature and time.

  1. Turn on the appliance.
  2. Place your food in the frying basket. Do not overfill.
  3. Select one of the 8 preset icons on the control panel. The corresponding temperature and time will be displayed.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button (Play/Pause icon) to begin cooking.

5.3 Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment

For custom cooking, you can manually set the temperature and time.

  1. Turn on the appliance.
  2. Place your food in the frying basket.
  3. Press the Temperature button (Temperature icon) and use the + and - buttons to adjust the temperature (80-200°C).
  4. Press the Time button (Timer icon) and use the + and - buttons to adjust the cooking time.
  5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

5.4 Shaking Reminder

For certain foods, the appliance may emit a 'shake' reminder during the cooking cycle to ensure even cooking and crispiness. When this icon (Shake icon) appears, carefully remove the frying pan, shake the contents, and reinsert it. Cooking will resume automatically.

5.5 Cooking Completion

Once the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will beep, and the display will show 'END'. Carefully pull out the frying pan and transfer the cooked food to a plate. Always use heat-resistant utensils.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your appliance.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Frying Basket and Pan: The frying basket and pan are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, they can be washed with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure all food residue is removed.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  4. Exterior: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
