Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge your MP3 player. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the player's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
2. TF Card Installation
The YM03 comes with a 64GB Micro SD card pre-installed. If you need to replace or upgrade the card (supports up to 128GB), gently insert the Micro SD card into the TF card slot on the side of the player until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

3. Music Transfer
To transfer music files to your MP3 player:
- Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the provided USB cable.
- The player will appear as a USB drive (e.g., "MY COMPUTER" on Windows).
- Drag and drop your desired music files (MP3, APE, FLAC, WAV, DRM, ACELP formats are supported) into the player's storage or the Micro SD card.
- Safely eject the device from your computer once transfer is complete.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
The YM03 features intuitive button controls:
- Power/Lock/Unlock Button: Located on the side. Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to lock/unlock the screen.
- Volume +/- Buttons: Located on the side. Adjusts audio volume.
- Menu Button: Accesses the main menu or options within an application.
- Back Button: Returns to the previous screen or menu.
- Play/Pause/Confirm Button: Initiates or pauses playback, confirms selections.
- Scroll Up/Down Buttons: Navigates through menus and lists.
- Left/Previous/Rewind Button: Skips to the previous track or rewinds during playback.
- Right/Next/Forward Button: Skips to the next track or fast-forwards during playback.

2. Music Playback
Navigate to the 'Music' icon on the main menu and press the Play/Pause/Confirm button. You can browse your music by artist, album, genre, or playlist. To enable shuffle playback, while music is playing, press the menu button (three horizontal lines icon) in the upper left corner, select 'Repeat', and then choose 'Shuffle'.

3. Bluetooth Connection
The YM03 supports Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless audio. To connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers:
- From the main menu, select the 'Bluetooth' icon.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the MP3 player.
- Ensure your Bluetooth audio device is in pairing mode.
- The MP3 player will search for nearby devices. Select your device from the list to pair.
Note:
- Bluetooth needs to be activated again after the player is turned off.
- In Bluetooth Mode, the YM03 supports Music in MP3/WMA/WAVE/FLAC/APE format.
- Bluetooth transmitters (e.g., mobile phones, computers) cannot connect to the MP3 player via Bluetooth.
- Minimize obstacles between the MP3 player and the Bluetooth device for optimal connection.
- The YM03 is not suitable for car Bluetooth systems that require a passcode.

4. FM Radio
To use the FM Radio function, wired earphones must be plugged into the 3.5mm audio jack, as they serve as the antenna.
- From the main menu, select the 'FM Radio' icon.
- You can choose between 'Manual Tune' or 'Auto Tune'.
- For 'Auto Tune', confirm to update stations. The player will search and save available FM stations.
- Use the navigation buttons to select a saved station or manually tune.

5. Other Functions
- Recorder: Select the 'Recorder' icon to access the voice recording function.
- Pedometer: The built-in pedometer tracks your steps. Access it via the 'Pedometer' icon.
- Stopwatch: Use the 'Stopwatch' function for timing activities.
- Pictures: View JPG/BMP image files stored on the device.
Maintenance
- Keep the player away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself. This may void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

- Cannot transfer files: Ensure the USB cable is properly connected and the device is recognized by your computer. Check if the TF card is inserted correctly.
- Poor FM radio reception: Ensure wired earphones are securely plugged in, as they act as the antenna. Try moving to an area with better signal.
- Bluetooth connectivity issues: Ensure both the MP3 player and the target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode and within range. Re-enable Bluetooth on the player if it was turned off.
- Sound quality issues: Check earphone connection. Ensure music files are not corrupted. Adjust equalizer settings if available.
