- Consult a Physician: Before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, consult your physician.
- Weight Limit: The maximum user weight for this elliptical trainer is 120 kg (approximately 264 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.
- Proper Placement: Place the elliptical trainer on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Ensure adequate clear space (at least 0.6 meters or 2 feet) around the equipment for safe operation and movement.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the equipment during operation. This equipment is not a toy.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the equipment for loose parts, wear, or damage. Do not use if any components are damaged or missing.
- Proper Attire: Wear appropriate exercise clothing and athletic shoes. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
- Hydration: Stay hydrated during your workout. The elliptical includes a bottle holder for convenience.

3. Assembly Instructions
The Dripex Elliptical Trainer is designed for straightforward assembly. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included paper manual and refer to any available installation videos for visual guidance. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Preparation: Lay out all components from the hardware pack and identify them using the parts list in the separate assembly manual. Place a mat or blanket on the floor to protect both the elliptical and your flooring.
- Base Assembly: Attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the specified bolts and washers from the hardware pack.
- Pedal Arms and Handlebars: Connect the pedal arms and handlebars to the main frame according to the assembly manual's diagrams. Pay close attention to left and right designations.
- Console Installation: Mount the LCD monitor console onto the main upright post and connect any necessary cables.
- Final Checks: Once assembled, ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened. Test the movement of the pedals and handlebars to confirm smooth operation.

4. Operating Your Elliptical Trainer
4.1 Getting Started
Step onto the elliptical trainer carefully, placing your feet firmly on the anti-slip pedals. Grip the handlebars for stability. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion.
4.2 Adjusting Resistance
The Dripex Elliptical Trainer features 8 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance. To change the intensity of your workout, simply turn the resistance knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Levels 1-3 are suitable for casual mode, 4-6 for strength training, and 7-8 for body building mode.

4.3 Using the LCD Monitor
The integrated LCD monitor tracks your exercise data in real-time. It displays:
- Time: Duration of your workout.
- Speed: Current speed in km/h or mph.
- Distance: Total distance covered during the workout.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned.
- Odometer: Total accumulated distance.
- Pulse: Your heart rate (when using pulse sensors).
- Scan: Automatically cycles through all display functions.
Use the 'MODE' button to select specific display functions or activate the 'SCAN' mode. The 'RESET' button clears current workout data.

4.4 Pulse Sensor Usage
To measure your heart rate, firmly grip the pulse sensors located on the fixed handlebars. Ensure both hands are making full contact with the metal plates. Your pulse will be displayed on the LCD monitor after a few seconds.
4.5 Handlebar Options
The elliptical offers two types of handlebars for varied workouts:
- Fixed Handlebars: These remain stationary and are ideal for focusing on lower body workouts and for heart rate monitoring.
- Movable Handlebars: These move with your leg motion, engaging your upper body and providing a full-body workout.

4.6 Convenience Features
- iPad Holder: The integrated holder allows you to place your tablet or smartphone for entertainment during your workout.
- Bottle Holder: A convenient holder is included to keep your water bottle within reach, encouraging hydration.
- Transportation Wheels: For easy relocation, tilt the elliptical forward and use the built-in wheels to move it to your desired storage or workout area.

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Dripex Elliptical Trainer.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the equipment with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Check Connections: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and screws to ensure they are securely tightened. Loose connections can lead to noise or instability.
- Lubrication: While the magnetic resistance system is generally maintenance-free, if you notice any squeaking or friction in moving parts (e.g., pedal joints), apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
- Storage: Store the elliptical trainer in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Dripex Elliptical Trainer, refer to the common problems and solutions below. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
