Revolve180 LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat Installation
The Revolve180 LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat features the LockStrong™ belt tensioning system for secure installation. This system provides a solid and secure fit with minimal effort.
- Place the car seat base on the vehicle seat.
- Open the LockStrong™ tensioning system panel.
- Route the vehicle's seat belt through the designated path and buckle it.
- Press down firmly on the car seat base while closing the LockStrong™ panel to tighten the belt.
- Verify that the car seat base is securely installed and does not move more than 1 inch side-to-side or front-to-back at the belt path.

Operating Instructions
Revolve180 LiteMax NXT Car Seat Rotation
The car seat features a one-hand, 180° rotation mechanism for easy placement and removal of your child. To rotate, locate the rotation lever (usually at the front or side of the base), squeeze or lift it, and turn the car seat to the desired position. Ensure it clicks securely into place before driving.

Stroller Modes and Adjustments
- Modular Frame: The stroller frame allows for parent-facing or forward-facing configurations in infant car seat mode, toddler seat mode, and lay-flat carriage mode. Consult the assembly guide for instructions on changing modes.
- Handle Adjustment: The articulated leatherette handle can be adjusted to 3 positions for comfortable pushing. Press the buttons on either side of the handle and adjust to your preferred height.
- Canopy Adjustment: The UPF 50+ canopy is height-adjustable to accommodate children up to 43 inches. Extend or retract the canopy as needed for sun protection.
- Brakes: The stroller features linked brakes to lock both rear wheels simultaneously. Press down on the brake pedal located near the rear wheels to engage, and lift to disengage.
- Storage Basket: An extra-large storage basket is located beneath the seat for carrying essentials.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean fabric components with mild soap and water. Refer to care labels for specific washing instructions. Wipe down frame and plastic parts with a damp cloth.
- Wheels: Regularly check wheels for debris and ensure they rotate freely. Lubricate axles if necessary.
- Harness: Inspect the harness system for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure buckles function correctly.
- Storage: Store the travel system in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Troubleshooting
- Stroller not folding/unfolding smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure all locks are disengaged.
- Car seat not rotating: Verify that the car seat is not obstructed and the rotation lever is fully engaged.
- Wheels squeaking: Clean wheels and axles, then apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
- Harness difficult to adjust: Ensure the harness straps are not twisted and are routed correctly through the slots.
