Setup

Charging the Keyboard

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a USB-A port on your computer or a compatible power adapter. The charging indicator light will be on during charging.

Connectivity Modes

The AULA S99 keyboard supports three connection modes:

1. USB-C Wired Mode

Connect the USB-C cable directly to your computer. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode.

2. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode

• Locate the 2.4G USB receiver stored in the keyboard's back compartment.
• Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
• Turn on the keyboard using the toggle switch on the top edge.
• Press FN + 4 to activate 2.4G wireless mode. The indicator light will flash blue, then turn solid blue upon successful connection.

3. Bluetooth 5.0 Mode

• Turn on the keyboard using the toggle switch.
• Press FN + 1, FN + 2, or FN + 3 to select a Bluetooth channel. The indicator light will flash blue rapidly.
• On your device (PC, Mac, Android, iOS), search for Bluetooth devices and select "AULA-S99".
• The indicator light will turn solid blue upon successful pairing.

Operating Instructions

RGB Backlight Control

The keyboard features 16.8 million RGB colors and 16 preset lighting effects.

• FN + PgUp / PgDn: Switch between lighting effects.
• FN + End: Switch lighting colors.
• Rotate the knob: Adjust brightness/volume.
• Press the knob: Toggle lighting effects or sound on/off.

Customization is available via macro software (driver download from www.aulastar.com).

Programmable Keys and Dual-Mode Knob

The keyboard supports full-key macro programming.

• Dual-Mode Knob: Quickly switch between Gaming and Office modes.
• M1/M2/M3 Keys: Three programmable shortcut keys.
• To set up personalized functions: Long press Fn + INS, press M1/M2/M3, record, then press Fn + INS for storage.

In Office Mode, M1/M2/M3 control previous song, play/pause, and next song.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard not responding:

• If using 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in.
• For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the keyboard is paired.

Lights not working:

• Check battery level.
• Adjust brightness using the knob or FN + PgUp/PgDn.
• The backlight turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity and deep sleep after 10 minutes. Press any key to wake the device.

Keys feel unresponsive:
