5. Setup

1. Charge the Massager: Before first use, fully charge the massager using the provided USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
2. Positioning: Place the massager around your neck and shoulders. The hands-free design allows you to adjust the straps for a secure and comfortable fit. For back massage, adjust the straps to fit around your lower or upper back.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the control panel to turn the massager on or off.
2. Adjust Intensity: Cycle through the 2 available intensity levels by pressing the intensity button.
3. Change Massage Mode: Press the mode button to switch between the 2 different massage modes (e.g., continuous kneading, pulsating).
4. Activate/Deactivate Heat: Press the heat button to turn the soothing heat function on or off. The temperature ranges from 110℉ to 130℉.
5. Adjust Pressure: Use the hands-free straps to pull the massager closer to your body, increasing the intensity and depth of the massage as desired.
6. Automatic Shut-off: The massager will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating. You can restart it if further massage is desired.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: The fabric cover over the massage nodes can be unzipped and removed. Wash it in cold water with mild detergent and allow it to air dry completely before reattaching. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
• Storage: Store the massager in its provided storage bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
