2. Setup Guide

2.1 Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the product packaging:

• AC Power Charger (100~240V)

• SIM Tray Ejector

2.2 Inserting SIM Card and SD Card

Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM tray ejector tool to open the tray. Insert your Nano-SIM cards and/or a microSD card (for up to 2TB expansion) into the designated slots. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray. Close the tray securely.

2.3 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided 120W fast charger and Type-C cable. Connect the charger to a power outlet and the Type-C cable to the phone's charging port. The device supports 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button until the Ulefone logo appears.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button, then select "Power off" from the options.
• To restart: Press and hold the Power button, then select "Restart" from the options.

5.1 Network Connectivity Issues

• No Signal: Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted. Check if your carrier supports 5G in your area. Note that the phone is not compatible with AT&T or Cricket networks.
• Wi-Fi Connection: Verify Wi-Fi is enabled and you are connected to the correct network. Restart your router if necessary.

5.2 Device Not Responding

If the device becomes unresponsive, perform a forced restart by pressing and holding the Power button for approximately 10-15 seconds until the device reboots.

5.3 Charging Problems

• Slow Charging: Ensure you are using the original 120W charger and cable. Check for debris in the charging port.
• Wireless Charging: Ensure the phone is correctly placed on a compatible 50W wireless charging pad and there are no obstructions.
