1.2 Charging Base Placement

Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet. Ensure the base is on a hard, flat surface.

1.3 Initial Charging

Place the robot vacuum onto the charging base. The indicator lights will illuminate, indicating that charging has begun. Fully charge the robot before its first use, which typically takes several hours.

1.4 App Installation and Pairing

Download the HomeAloT App from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your Airzeen Q10 Pro with your smartphone. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the device is compatible only with this frequency.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Smart Mapping and Navigation

The Q10 Pro utilizes advanced LiDAR and SLAM technology to scan your home in 360 degrees, creating precise maps for efficient cleaning. During its first cleaning cycle, the robot will generate a detailed map of your home. This map can be viewed and customized within the HomeAloT App.

2.2 Cleaning Modes and Settings

The Q10 Pro offers 3-in-1 functionality: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. You can customize cleaning settings via the HomeAloT App.

  • Suction Levels: Choose from 3 suction levels (Quiet, Standard, Max) to suit different cleaning needs. The robot automatically increases suction by 15% on carpets for deeper cleaning.
  • Water Flow Settings: For mopping, select from 3 water flow settings. Ensure the mop holder is attached and the water tank is filled.
  • Carpet Detection: The robot intelligently detects carpets and adjusts suction power accordingly. When mopping, remove the mop holder or establish a no-go zone to prevent wetting carpets.

2.3 Scheduling and No-Go Zones

Use the HomeAloT App to set cleaning schedules, define specific rooms for cleaning, and create virtual boundaries or no-go zones to restrict the robot from certain areas.

2.4 Voice Control

The Q10 Pro is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free voice commands. Ensure your robot is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and linked to your smart home assistant account.

2.5 Auto-Recharge and Resume

When the battery level is low, the robot will automatically return to its charging base. After recharging, it will resume cleaning from where it left off to complete the task.

3. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Airzeen Q10 Pro.

3.1 Self-Emptying Station and Dust Bag

The 3.3L self-emptying station automatically collects debris from the robot's dustbin. The dust bag typically needs replacement every 60 days, depending on usage.

Figure 7: The automatic self-emptying process and how to replace the dust bag.

3.2 Dustbin and Water Tank

The 2-in-1 dustbin and water tank should be cleaned regularly. Empty the dustbin after each cleaning session if not using the self-emptying station. Refill the water tank as needed for mopping.

3.3 Roller Brush and Side Brushes

Clean the main roller brush at least weekly to remove tangled hair and debris. Use the included cleaning tool or scissors. Inspect side brushes for wear and replace if necessary.

3.4 HEPA Filter

Clean the HEPA filter every two weeks. Tap it gently to remove dust. If it becomes damp, let it dry for 24 hours before reinstalling. Replace the filter every 3-6 months to maintain optimal airflow.

3.5 Mop Holder and Cloth

After each mopping session, remove the mop cloth and wash it. Replace mop cloths every three months for optimal cleaning results.

4. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your Airzeen Q10 Pro.

4.1 Mop Holder Installation

To install the mop holder, align the four clips on the holder with the four clips on the water tank. Gently press until you hear a click on both sides. If clips are not correctly installed, the mop holder may tilt, affecting charging and mopping performance.

4.2 Improving Mopping Performance

  • For larger homes or deep cleaning, multiple cleaning passes may be necessary.
  • Use the single sweep mode only before mopping to remove dust and hair.
  • Increase the water level setting in the HomeAloT app.
  • After mopping, remove and wash the mop cloth.
  • Replace the mop cloth every three months.

4.3 Preventing the Robot from Getting Stuck

  • Under Furniture: Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance. If not, set a "Virtual Boundary" in the app.
  • On Carpet: When cleaning carpets, use only the sweeping mode and remove the mop holder. Mop holders can get stuck and stain carpets due to friction. Set a "NO-GO Zone" in the app to prevent the vacuum from entering carpeted areas during mopping.

4.4 Water Dispensing Issues During Mopping

  • Clean tangled hair from the roller brush promptly, at least once a week. Excessive tangled hair increases the brush's operating current, triggering carpet boost mode and causing water leaks.
  • Avoid turning the water tank upside down after filling. This can cause water droplets to flow back into the solenoid valve's air inlet, blocking it and causing a water leak. If this occurs, shake the water tank horizontally to dislodge the water droplets.

4.5 Reducing Hair Tangling in the Main Brush

  • Use Standard/Maximum suction mode for sweeping tasks before hair becomes tangled.
  • Clean the main brush at least weekly (ideally after each sweep).
  • Remove the main brush and clean the hair from both ends to prevent tangles. Use the included cleaning tool or scissors.
