2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in the package:
- 1x Gravity-Fed Water Filter System (Upper and Lower Chambers)
- 2x Carbon Filters (One pre-installed)
- 1x Lid with handle
- 1x Faucet assembly
- 1x Silicone anti-slip base

3. Setup and Assembly
The TFCFL Gravity Water Filtration System requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Install Faucet: Attach the faucet to the lower chamber. Ensure all seals are properly seated to prevent leaks.
- Install Filters: The system comes with two carbon filters, one of which is pre-installed. If not already installed, screw the carbon filters clockwise into the threaded holes on the underside of the upper chamber. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Assemble Chambers: Place the upper chamber onto the lower chamber. The upper chamber rests on the rim of the lower chamber.
- Place Lid: Position the lid on top of the upper chamber.
- Pre-Flush Filters: Before first use, it is recommended to flush the gravity water filtration system and ceramic filters normally with potable tap water. Fill the upper chamber with water and allow it to filter through and dispense from the faucet. Discard the first few liters of filtered water to remove any manufacturing residues.

4. Operation
Operating the TFCFL Gravity Water Filtration System is straightforward:
- Fill Upper Chamber: Pour untreated water into the upper chamber of the system. Ensure the water level does not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Filtration Process: Gravity will draw the water through the carbon filters in the upper chamber, and the filtered water will collect in the lower chamber. The filtration rate is approximately 1.7-2 liters (0.45-0.53 gallons) of water per hour.
- Dispense Water: Once water has collected in the lower chamber, open the faucet to dispense filtered water.
- Monitor Water Level: The system is designed to allow continuous filtration as long as water is present in the upper chamber.
The system is suitable for various environments, including home kitchens, offices, and outdoor activities like camping and fishing, providing filtered water without the need for electricity or plumbing.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your filtration system:
- Filter Replacement: It is recommended to change the carbon filters every six months, or after filtering approximately 6000 gallons (22712 liters), whichever comes first. The actual output of the filter may vary depending on water quality conditions.
- Cleaning: The stainless steel chambers can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these may damage the polished surface.
- Spout Care: If replacing the spout, ensure the new spout is of high quality and properly installed to prevent water leakage.

6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter:
- Slow Filtration Rate:
- Ensure filters are not clogged. If the flow rate significantly decreases, filters may need cleaning or replacement.
- Verify that the filters are correctly installed and not overtightened, which could restrict flow.
- Water Leakage:
- Check the faucet assembly for proper installation and ensure all washers and seals are correctly seated and tightened.
- Inspect the connection between the upper and lower chambers for any misalignment.
- If replacing the spout, ensure the new spout is compatible and installed correctly, as some plastic spouts may be prone to leakage.
- Unusual Taste or Odor:
- Ensure the filters were properly pre-flushed before first use.
- Filters may be at the end of their lifespan and require replacement.
