The feeder requires batteries for operation (not included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the unit. Insert the required batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment. Close the battery cover securely.
5.2 Prepare Ice Crystal Boxes (Optional)
For optimal food freshness, place the two complimentary ice crystal boxes in a freezer for several hours until completely frozen. Once frozen, place them into the designated slots beneath the food tray.
5.3 Fill Food Compartments
Open the lid of the feeder. Fill each of the four compartments with your pet's dry or wet food. Ensure not to overfill, allowing the lid to close and rotate freely. The feeder is suitable for dry food, wet food, and multiple pets.

5.4 Initial Power On
Once batteries are installed, the display should light up. If not, check battery orientation or replace batteries. The feeder is now ready for programming.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Setting the Current Time
Refer to the digital display and control buttons (usually labeled with icons like a clock, lock, plus, minus, or gear). Press the 'Set' or 'Clock' button to enter time setting mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour and minute. Press 'Set' again to confirm and move to the next setting, or to exit.
6.2 Programming Meal Times (Up to 4 Meals)
Step 1: Enter Program Mode. Press the 'Program' or 'Meal' button. The display will show "Meal 1" or similar.
Step 2: Set Meal 1 Time. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired feeding time for the first meal. Press 'Program' to confirm and move to the next meal.
Step 3: Repeat for Meals 2, 3, and 4. Follow the same procedure to set times for subsequent meals. If you only need fewer than 4 meals, simply skip setting the remaining meal times by pressing 'Program' until you exit the programming mode.
Step 4: Exit Program Mode. Once all desired meals are set, press the 'Program' button until the display returns to the current time.
The feeder will automatically rotate to the next available food compartment at each programmed meal time. The Paws Anti-Pinch Design sensor ensures safe operation during rotation.
6.3 Manual Feeding (If Applicable)
Some models may have a manual feed button. If present, pressing this button will dispense one meal immediately. Refer to the specific button layout on your feeder.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your feeder. The product is designed for easy disassembly and cleaning.
7.1 Disassembly
Carefully remove the lid and the food tray from the main unit. The food tray is typically removable for washing.
7.2 Cleaning
The food tray and lid are hand wash only. Use mild soap and water to clean these parts. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before reassembling. Do not wash the main unit with electronic components; wipe it clean with a damp cloth only. Ensure no water enters the battery compartment or control panel.

Once all parts are dry, carefully reassemble the food tray and lid onto the main unit, ensuring they are securely in place.
