Setup

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the treadmill and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all included components are present: User Manual, Remote Control, Detachable Phone Holder, Lubricating Oil, L-wrench, Knob Screw x 2, Safety Key.
2. Placement: Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface. An included mat can be used underneath to protect your floor.
3. Handrail Setup (Optional): If you intend to use the handrail for running mode, lift it to the upright position. Secure it using the provided Knob Screws (x2) and L-wrench.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The main power switch is located at the rear of the treadmill.
5. Safety Key Attachment: Attach the red safety key to the designated slot on the handrail. For operation, the other end of the safety key should be clipped to your clothing.
6. Phone Holder: Attach the detachable phone holder to the handrail if desired.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

• Ensure the power cord is plugged in and the main power switch at the rear of the treadmill is in the 'ON' position.
• Press the power button on the remote control to turn on the treadmill. The LED display will light up.
• To turn off, press the power button on the remote control again. For complete power off, switch off the main power switch.

Using the Remote Control

• Start/Stop: Press the Play/Pause button to start or stop the treadmill belt.
• Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the speed.
• Mode Selection: Press the 'M' button to cycle through different display modes (Time, Distance, Calories).

LED Display

The integrated LED display provides real-time workout data:

• Time: Duration of your workout.
• Speed: Current speed in Miles Per Hour (MPH).
• Distance: Total distance covered in miles.
• Calories: Estimated calories burned.

Safety Features

The safety key is crucial for operation. If the safety key is detached from the treadmill during use, the treadmill will immediately stop. Always ensure the safety key is properly attached to both the treadmill and your clothing before starting your workout.
