Button Functions:

• LIGHT (Top Left): Activates the backlight for illumination in low-light conditions.

Setup

Setting Time and Date:

2. Press the SET button to cycle through the settings: seconds → hours → minutes → 12/24-hour format → month → day → year.
3. Use the ADJ button to increase the flashing value. Hold ADJ to quickly advance the numbers.
4. Once all settings are adjusted, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.

Setting the Alarm:

1. From Time Mode, press the MODE button until you reach the Alarm Mode (usually indicated by an 'AL' or alarm icon).
2. Press and hold the SET button until the alarm hours start flashing.
3. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm hour.
4. Press the SET button to move to the alarm minutes. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm minutes.
5. Press the MODE button to exit the alarm setting mode.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm Mode, press the ADJ button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

Setting Dual Time:

1. From Time Mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach Dual Time Mode (often indicated by 'DT' or a second time display).
2. Press and hold the SET button until the dual time hours start flashing.
3. Use the ADJ button to set the desired dual time hour.
4. Press the SET button to move to the dual time minutes. Use the ADJ button to set the desired dual time minutes.
5. Press the MODE button to exit the dual time setting mode.

Operating Modes

Time Mode:

This is the default display mode, showing the current time, date, and day of the week. Press the ADJ button in Time Mode to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

Chronograph (Stopwatch) Mode:

1. Press the MODE button until you reach the Chronograph Mode (usually indicated by 'ST' or 'CH').
2. Press ADJ to start the stopwatch.
3. Press ADJ again to pause the stopwatch.
4. Press SET to reset the stopwatch to zero while it is paused.
5. Press MODE to return to Time Mode.

Alarm Mode:

In Alarm Mode, you can view the set alarm time and toggle the alarm ON or OFF using the ADJ button.

Dual Time Mode:

In Dual Time Mode, you can view the second time zone you have set. This is useful for tracking time in another region.

Using the Backlight:
