Setup

1. SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation

The Truely M16 Pro supports dual SIM cards and an external Micro SD card for expanded storage. Use the provided SIM tray ejector tool to open the SIM tray.

1. Locate the SIM tray slot on the side of the phone.
2. Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
3. Carefully pull out the SIM tray.
4. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots on the tray. Refer to the diagram on the tray for correct orientation.
5. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device's side.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.

• Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the phone's charging port.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) and plug it into a power outlet.
• The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

3. Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side of the phone) until the Truely logo appears.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears on the screen. Select "Power off".
• To Restart: From the power options menu, select "Restart".
