Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and optimal use of your new device.

The combo includes a full-size wave keys ergonomic keyboard with a wrist rest and a 3-level DPI adjustable wireless ergonomic mouse, compatible with various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Battery Installation

The keyboard requires 1 AA battery and the mouse requires 1 AA battery (batteries not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

1. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.
2. Insert one AA battery, matching the polarity indicators.
3. Close the battery compartment.
4. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse.
5. Insert one AA battery, matching the polarity indicators.
6. Close the battery compartment.

3.2. Connecting the USB Receiver

The 2.4 GHz USB receiver is located inside the mouse battery compartment. This single receiver connects both the keyboard and the mouse.

1. Locate and remove the USB receiver from the mouse's battery compartment.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer (desktop, laptop, PC, Chromebook, etc.).
3. The keyboard and mouse are plug-and-play; no software installation is required. They should connect automatically within a few seconds.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Ergonomic Design and Comfort

The keyboard features a wave key design and an integrated wrist rest to naturally fit your fingers and reduce wrist strain during long periods of use. The adjustable stand allows you to set the keyboard to a comfortable height.

The wireless mouse is contoured to fit snugly in the palm of your right hand, providing comfort and easy access to all controls, including forward and back functions for efficient web navigation.

4.2. Mouse DPI Adjustment

The mouse offers 3 adjustable DPI levels (800/1200/1600) to suit your preference for cursor speed and precision. Press the DPI button located on the top of the mouse to cycle through the settings.

4.3. Wireless Connection and Range

The 2.4 GHz wireless connection provides a strong and reliable signal up to 33 feet (10 meters), ensuring no delays or dropouts during use.

4.4. Compatibility and System Switching

This combo is widely compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, Mac, and other operating systems. It works seamlessly with desktops, Chromebooks, PCs, and laptops.

To switch between Windows and macOS layouts, press FN + Q for Windows or FN + W for macOS.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Automatic Power Saving Function

To conserve battery life, the keyboard enters sleep mode after 30 seconds of inactivity, and the mouse after 15 minutes of inactivity. Press any button on either device to reactivate them.

5.2. Cleaning

To clean your keyboard and mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the devices. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.3. Battery Replacement

When the devices stop responding or show signs of low power, replace the AA batteries in both the keyboard and mouse. Refer to section 3.1 for battery installation instructions.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. No Connection or Lag

• Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
• Check if the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
• Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to ensure they are within the 33-foot (10-meter) wireless range.
• Avoid placing the receiver near other electronic devices that might cause interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless devices).
• Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
• If experiencing persistent lag, especially when switching between multiple computers, try fully removing the device from your computer's recognized devices and allowing it to resync.

6.2. Mouse Cursor Not Moving Smoothly

• Adjust the DPI setting of the mouse by pressing the DPI button to find a comfortable cursor speed.
• Ensure the mouse is used on a clean, non-reflective surface.
