6.2 Using the ILIFEClean App
The ILIFEClean app provides comprehensive control over your ILIFE A12 Pro.

- No-Go Zones & Virtual Walls: Define specific areas where the robot should not clean (No-Go Zones) or areas it should not enter (Virtual Walls). This is useful for protecting delicate items or preventing access to certain rooms.
- No-Mop Zones: Designate areas where the robot should vacuum but not mop, such as carpeted areas.
- Room Selection & Zone Cleaning: Select specific rooms or draw custom zones on the map for targeted cleaning.
- Schedule Cleaning: Set up daily or weekly cleaning schedules for automated cleaning tasks.
- Adjust Suction & Water Levels: Customize the cleaning intensity by choosing from 4 suction levels and 3 water levels to suit different floor types and cleaning needs.

6.3 Vacuum and Mop 3-in-1 Function
The A12 Pro features an integrated 2-in-1 water tank (200ml dustbin and 200ml water tank), allowing it to vacuum and mop simultaneously. Ensure the water tank is filled and the mop pad is attached for mopping functions.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures your ILIFE A12 Pro operates efficiently and extends its lifespan.
7.1 Self-Empty Station Dust Bags
The self-empty station automatically empties the robot's dustbin into a 2.5L dust bag. Each bag can hold debris for up to 8 weeks, providing up to 40 weeks of hands-free cleaning with the included 5 bags.
- When the dust bag is full, the app will notify you, or the indicator on the station may change.
- Open the dust bag compartment on the self-empty station.
- Carefully remove the full dust bag and dispose of it.
- Insert a new dust bag, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Close the compartment securely.

- Rinse the water tank compartment with clean water. Do not use detergents.
- Allow both compartments to air dry completely before reinserting into the robot.
7.3 Cleaning Brushes and Filters
- Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and lift out the main brush. Use the provided cleaning tool to remove hair and debris.
- Side Brushes: Periodically check side brushes for entanglement. If damaged, replace them.
- Filters (Cartridge, Cloth, Foam): Tap the filters to remove dust. Rinse the cloth and foam filters with water if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before reinstallation. Do not wash the HEPA-style cartridge filter.
7.4 Cleaning Sensors and Wheels
- Wipe all sensors (cliff sensors, wall sensors, LDS sensor window) with a clean, dry cloth.
- Clean the driving wheels and universal wheel to remove any accumulated hair or debris.
