1. Important Safeguards

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Remove any protective film or stickers.
3. Retain packaging for future storage or shipping.

3.2 Initial Cleaning

1. Wash the inner pot, lid, and steamer rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.

3.3 Placement

Place the multi-cooker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to ensure proper ventilation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The multi-cooker features an intuitive digital display and one-touch controls for easy operation.

• Menu: Cycles through available cooking functions.
• Sear/Sauté: For browning ingredients before cooking.
• Slow Cook: For extended cooking at lower temperatures.
• Keep Warm: Automatically activates after cooking or can be selected manually.
• Time (+/-): Adjusts cooking duration.
• Temp (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature (where applicable).
• Power: Turns the appliance on/off.

4.2 Pre-set Cooking Functions

To use a pre-set function:

1. Ensure the inner pot is correctly placed in the base unit.
2. Add ingredients to the inner pot.
3. Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
4. Press the Menu button repeatedly until the desired function (e.g., Sear/Sauté, Slow Cook, Steam, Rice, Braise, Simmer, Pressure Cook) is selected.
5. Adjust Time and Temp settings using the +/- buttons if needed.
6. The appliance will begin cooking automatically after a few seconds or by pressing the Power button again to confirm.

Sear/Sauté Function:

This function allows you to brown meats and sauté vegetables directly in the inner pot before slow cooking or pressure cooking, enhancing flavor. Select 'Sear/Sauté' and adjust temperature as needed. Once searing is complete, switch to another cooking function.

Slow Cook Function:

Ideal for recipes requiring longer cooking times. Select 'Slow Cook' and choose between High or Low temperature settings. Adjust the cooking time using the +/- buttons.

Steam Function:

Use the included steamer rack for steaming vegetables, fish, or other items. Add water to the inner pot below the steamer rack, place food on the rack, and select 'Steam'.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your multi-cooker.

5.1 Inner Pot and Accessories

The removable inner pot, lid, and steamer rack are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge to protect the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.

5.2 Base Unit

Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
