Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your coffee machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee does not brew. | No water in tank, machine not plugged in, delayed start programmed. | Fill water tank, check power connection, cancel or wait for programmed start time. |
| Grinder is not working or is very loud. | Bean container empty, grinder clogged, foreign object in grinder. | Add coffee beans. Unplug and clean grinder thoroughly with the brush. If noise persists or grinder is completely non-functional, contact customer support. |
| Coffee tastes weak or too strong. | Incorrect grind setting, insufficient/excessive coffee beans, incorrect water-to-coffee ratio. | Adjust grind setting (finer for stronger, coarser for weaker). Adjust coffee quantity. Ensure correct water level. |
| Water leaks from the machine. | Water tank not properly seated, carafe not correctly positioned. | Ensure water tank and carafe are correctly and securely in place. |
| Descaling indicator light is on. | Limescale buildup. | Perform a descaling cycle as described in the Maintenance section. |
