Setup

1. App Download

Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the dedicated application (e.g., "AIR-Look" or "HNDvisual"). Alternatively, search for the app in your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS/iPadOS, Google Play Store for Android).

2. Power On the Device

Press and hold the power button on the otoscope for 2 seconds to turn it on. The indicator light will illuminate.

3. Connect to WiFi

Go to your device's WiFi settings and connect to the network named "JesHome-P6S-XXX" (where XXX is a unique identifier). No password is required for this connection.

4. Open the App and Start

Once connected to the WiFi, open the downloaded app and press the "Start" button to begin viewing the live feed from the otoscope camera.

Operation

1. Using the App Interface

The app provides various functions such as taking photos, recording videos, and a mirror function to adjust the image orientation for easier use. Photos and videos taken will be stored in the app's gallery.

2. Ear Cleaning Process

Carefully insert the otoscope into the ear canal while observing the live feed on your device. Use the provided silicone ear spoons to gently remove earwax. Always proceed with caution and avoid inserting the device too deeply.

3. Safety Guidelines

• Always use the device gently and avoid applying excessive force.
• Do not use the product while it is charging.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Device

After each use, clean the otoscope lens and silicone ear spoons. The IP67 waterproof lens can be cleaned with water or wiped with alcohol wipes. Do not submerge the entire otoscope body in water.

Replacing Ear Spoons

To replace an ear spoon, gently pull off the used silicone cover from the otoscope tip. Select a new silicone ear spoon from the kit and carefully push it onto the tip until it is securely in place.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Device refused to connect?
  If the device is connected to another phone, the app cannot use the product. If the phone has set WiFi that cannot connect to the Internet or the phone detects abnormal WiFi, it will automatically replace it with its own WiFi, then the WiFi of the product is disconnected and cannot be used.
• WiFi connection unstable?
  If the WiFi prompts "connected but no Internet access, whether to switch", please click "No". If you click "Yes", it automatically switches to an Internet network and the product cannot be used. If your own Internet WiFi coverage area is strong, the device WiFi will be automatically replaced. At this point, it is recommended to go to areas with weak or no WiFi to connect the product's own WiFi and use it. If you want to surf the Internet while using this product, you can only use your own traffic to surf the Internet, and the WiFi is still connected to their own products. If you frequently connect to the Internet, you can only delete all your connected Internet WiFi.
• About suitable parts for earwax removal camera?
  This is for adults, children over 6 years and pets examining ears, nose, teeth and other body parts.
• Whether the ear spoon can be removed?
  In view of the problem that the ear spoon is easy to fall off on the market, we have optimized and improved the camera with the ear spoon to achieve an integrated design, so it cannot be removed, but the silicone ear spoon can be replaced.
• About cruising ability?
  It can be fully charged for 90 minutes and standby for up to 30 days.
• About waterproof function?
  IP67 waterproof ear lens, earplugs, lenses can be cleaned with water or wiped with alcohol swab after use, but don't put the whole ear lens into the water.
• Will the app that I must download and use reveal my personal information?
  The app we use only requests access to your camera to view the ear canal on your phone.
• Is the app free to use?
  The app is completely free to download and use.

• About photo storage?
  The photos and videos taken by the device will be stored in the App album.
• Is a password required for the default WiFi?
  Connect it to your WiFi without a password.
• The APP connection is unstable.
  Close and restart the product, and then reconnect to the APP.

  Reminds you to use the equipment to dig too deep, to pay attention to safety.
• Do I need any water for the operation?
  Earwax is easily removed with forceps without repeated irrigation or water accumulation.
