Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.

2. Pairing with a Device
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "toocki Flip" (or similar name) in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbud indicator lights will turn off.
Auto Reconnect: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Troubleshooting

- Earbuds not pairing:

- Only one earbud working:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.

- Try resetting the earbuds.
- Low volume or poor sound quality:
- Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the eartips are properly seated in your ear to create a good seal. Try different eartip sizes.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speakers and eartips.
- Charging issues:
- Check the charging cable and power adapter. Try a different cable or adapter.
- Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of obstruction.
