Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.

2. Pairing with a Device

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "toocki Flip" (or similar name) in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbud indicator lights will turn off.

Auto Reconnect: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

• Earbuds not pairing:

  • Forget the "toocki Flip" device from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • Perform a headset reset (tap 7 times in a row).
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again.
  • Try resetting the earbuds.
• Low volume or poor sound quality:
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.

• Charging issues:
