3.1. Connecting the Keyboard

The AJAZZ AK650 supports three connection modes: wired, 2.4G wireless, and Bluetooth. Select the mode that best suits your device and preference.

Wired Connection (USB-C)

1. Locate the USB-C port on the back of the keyboard.
2. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to the keyboard and your computer.
3. Ensure the mode switch on the back of the keyboard is set to the USB position (middle).
4. The keyboard is now ready for use.

2.4G Wireless Connection

1. Remove the 2.4G wireless receiver (dongle) from its storage slot on the back of the keyboard.
2. Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Set the mode switch on the back of the keyboard to the 2.4G position (left).
4. The keyboard should automatically connect. If not, press FN + Q to initiate pairing. The Q key will flash white and then return to backlight mode upon successful connection.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Set the mode switch on the back of the keyboard to the BT position (right).
2. Press and hold FN + W, FN + E, or FN + R for 3-5 seconds to enter pairing mode for BT1, BT2, or BT3 respectively. The corresponding key (W, E, or R) will flash white.
3. On your device (computer, tablet, etc.), search for Bluetooth devices and select "AK650 BT1/BT2/BT3".
4. Once connected, the key will stop flashing and return to backlight mode. You can pair up to three Bluetooth devices and switch between them using FN + W/E/R.

2. Use the provided switch puller to carefully grip the switch on its upper and lower sides. Gently pull the switch straight up and out of the PCB.
3. Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Ensure the pins are straight to avoid bending.
4. Gently push the new switch vertically into the socket until it clicks into place. Ensure it is seated firmly and evenly.
5. Replace the keycap.

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regularly clean your keyboard:

• Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps.
