Controls and Ports:

Power Button: Used to power on/off and initiate Bluetooth pairing.
Volume Up/Next Track Button: Increases volume with a short press, skips to next track with a long press.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
The LED indicator will illuminate during charging. It will change color or turn off once fully charged.
A full charge provides up to 25 hours of playback time.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

Ensure the headphones are fully charged.
With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly (e.g., blue and red alternately), indicating pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
Select "Memorex MX-HP10" from the list of found devices.
Once paired, the LED indicator will flash slowly or turn solid blue, and you may hear an audible confirmation.
If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 2-3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 3-4 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Music Playback

Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) once.
Next Track: Long press the Volume Up button.
Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down button.
Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

Call Management

Answer Call: Press the MFB once when a call comes in.
End Call: Press the MFB once during a call.
Reject Call: Long press the MFB for 2 seconds when a call comes in.
Redial Last Number: Double-press the MFB.

Voice Assistant

Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple-press the MFB.

Maintenance

Clean the headphones regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Store the headphones in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a protective case.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the headphones, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Headphones do not power on.	Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable.
Cannot pair with device.	Ensure headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing rapidly). Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Move headphones closer to your device. Forget "Memorex MX-HP10" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Restart both the headphones and your device.
No sound or low volume.	Increase volume on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure headphones are properly paired and connected. Try playing audio from a different application or device.
Poor call quality.	Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Move to an area with less interference. Check your device's network connection.
