2. Safety Information

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using this appliance.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the rating label.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your PELONIS Evaporative Air Cooler.

The unit features a sleek tower design with a front-facing air outlet grille, a top-mounted control panel, and a visible water level indicator. The rear houses the water tank and air intake with a removable filter for easy maintenance.

5. Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air cooler and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Position: Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Pull out the water tank from the rear of the unit. Fill the tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line. For enhanced cooling, you can add the included ice packs (pre-frozen) directly into the water tank.

  5. Insert Ice Packs: If using, place the pre-frozen ice packs into the water tank.
  6. Close Tank: Securely push the water tank back into the unit until it clicks into place.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

Your PELONIS Air Cooler can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

  • Power Button (): Press to turn the unit ON or OFF.
  • Speed Button (💨): Cycle through 3 fan speeds: Low, Medium, High.
  • Mode Button (): Select operating modes:
    • Normal: Constant airflow at selected speed.
    • Natural: Simulates natural breeze with varying fan speeds.
    • Sleep: Operates at a lower, quieter speed for undisturbed sleep.
  • Timer Button (⏱️): Set the auto-off timer from 1 to 7 hours. Each press adds 1 hour.
  • Oscillation Button (↔️): Activate 60° automatic oscillation for wider air distribution. Press again to stop oscillation.

Cooling & Humidification

For evaporative cooling and humidification, ensure the water tank is filled. The unit will draw water from the tank to cool and humidify the air. The effectiveness of cooling is enhanced by adding pre-frozen ice packs to the water tank.

7. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your air cooler.

  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Water Tank Cleaning: The 5L water tank is detachable for easy cleaning. Periodically remove the tank, empty any remaining water, and clean it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Filter Cleaning: The honeycomb filter should be cleaned regularly, especially if the unit is used frequently. Remove the filter from the rear of the unit and rinse it under running water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the water tank is empty and dry, and the filter is clean. Store in a cool, dry place.
