4. Setup and Connection

Follow these steps to safely connect the charger to your vehicle's battery:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off and all electrical consumers are switched off. If charging a battery outside the vehicle, place it in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Connect Positive: Attach the red (+) battery clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the battery.
  3. Connect Negative: Attach the black (-) battery clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. If the battery is in the vehicle, connect the black clamp to the vehicle chassis away from the battery and fuel line.
