1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your TUXING 800W Dual-Cylinder PCP Air Compressor. Please read these instructions thoroughly before initial use and retain them for future reference. This compressor is designed for filling PCP air rifles, paintball tanks, and small diving tanks, featuring an 800W dual-cylinder motor, automatic shut-off at preset pressure, and an integrated fan cooling system.
2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Always read and understand the entire manual before operating the compressor.
- Ensure the compressor is used in a well-ventilated area to prevent heat buildup.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, during operation.
- Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 4500 PSI (30 MPa) or the maximum temperature of 80°C (176°F).
- Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the compressor during operation.
- Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- When filling diving tanks, an external air filter must be connected to ensure air quality and prevent moisture contamination.
- Regularly inspect all hoses and connections for wear or damage. Do not operate with damaged components.
- Ensure the power source matches the compressor's voltage requirements (AC110V or DC12V).
3. Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in the package:
- TUXING 800W Dual-Cylinder PCP Air Compressor
- Power Cord
- User Manual (this document)
- Filter (for air purification)
- Battery Clip (for DC12V power source)
- Accessory Kit, including:
- 5 x Filter Cotton
- 5 x White Washer
- 5 x Filter O-Rings
- 5 x Burst Discs
- 1 x Air Nozzle
- 1 x Check Valve

4. Setup
- Unpack the Compressor: Carefully remove the compressor and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Placement: Place the compressor on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for airflow, especially around the cooling fans.
- Connect Power:
- AC Power (110V): Connect the provided power cord to the compressor's AC input and then to a suitable wall outlet.
- DC Power (12V): If using a 12V DC source (e.g., car battery), connect the battery clips to the compressor's DC input and then securely to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
- Connect Air Hose: Attach the 8mm quick-connect high-pressure hose to the compressor's air outlet. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect to Tank/Device: Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the valve of your PCP air rifle, paintball tank, or diving tank.
Important: If filling a diving tank, an external air filter (not included for diving tank use, but a general filter is provided for other uses) must be installed between the compressor and the diving tank to ensure air purity and prevent moisture from entering the tank. The included oil-water separator is suitable for general PCP applications.
- Set Desired Pressure: Use the pressure adjustment knob or digital interface (if available) to set the desired shut-off pressure. The compressor will automatically stop once this pressure is reached.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the main power switch to the "ON" position. The digital display will illuminate, showing current pressure and temperature.
- Start Inflation: Press the start button to begin the inflation process. The compressor will start pumping air into the connected tank.
- Monitor Operation: Continuously monitor the pressure gauge and temperature display. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C (176°F). If the temperature approaches this limit, stop the compressor and allow it to cool down.
- Automatic Shut-off: The compressor is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature. Once the preset pressure is reached, the compressor will automatically stop.
- Release Pressure: After the compressor stops, slowly open the pressure release valve to vent any residual pressure in the hose before disconnecting the tank.
- Disconnect Tank: Once the pressure is fully released, disconnect the high-pressure hose from your tank/device.
- Power Off: Turn off the main power switch.

6. Maintenance
The TUXING PCP Air Compressor is designed for low maintenance due to its oil-free operation and built-in fan cooling system. However, regular checks are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Filter Replacement: Periodically check and replace the filter cotton and O-rings in the air filter assembly. The frequency depends on usage and environmental conditions. Refer to the accessory kit for replacement parts.
- Hose and Connection Inspection: Before each use, inspect the high-pressure hose and all connections for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure the cooling fan vents are unobstructed. Use a dry cloth for cleaning; do not use liquids or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, store the compressor in a clean, dry, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not start. | No power supply; Power switch off; Overload protection activated. | Check power cord connection and outlet; Ensure power switch is ON; Allow compressor to cool down and reset. |
| Slow inflation or low pressure. | Air leaks in connections; Clogged filter; Tank valve not fully open. | Check all hose connections for leaks and tighten; Replace air filter components; Ensure tank valve is fully open. |
| Compressor overheats. | Insufficient ventilation; Prolonged operation; High ambient temperature. | Ensure adequate airflow around the unit; Allow compressor to cool down between uses; Operate in a cooler environment. |
| Automatic shut-off not working. | Pressure sensor malfunction; Incorrect pressure setting. | Verify the preset pressure setting; If issue persists, contact customer support. |
