2. Setup Guide
2.1. What's in the Box
- 1x AULA S99 Wireless Keyboard (Gradient Purple)
- 1x USB Cable (for wired connection and charging)
- 1x Keycap Puller
2.2. Battery Installation & Charging
The AULA S99 keyboard requires 1 AA battery (included). Ensure the battery is inserted with the correct polarity. For charging, connect the keyboard to a computer's USB port using the provided USB-C cable. The keyboard supports charging only via computer USB ports.
2.3. Connectivity Modes
The AULA S99 supports three connectivity modes:
- USB-C Wired Mode: For a stable, low-latency connection.
- 2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Utilizes a USB dongle for wireless connection.
- Bluetooth 5.0 Mode: For connecting to multiple devices without a dongle.

2.4. Connecting Your Keyboard
2.4.1. USB-C Wired Connection
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's port and the other end to your computer's USB port.
- The keyboard will automatically be recognized and ready for use.
- Note: If the wired connection is not working on a Windows computer, press and hold Fn + 4 simultaneously for a moment to sync.
2.4.2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4GHz USB dongle (usually stored in a compartment on the keyboard).
- Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- Switch the keyboard to 2.4GHz wireless mode using the mode switch or knob (refer to the keyboard's indicators).
- The keyboard should connect automatically.
2.4.3. Bluetooth Connection
- Switch the keyboard to Bluetooth mode using the mode switch or knob.
- Press and hold Fn + 1, Fn + 2, or Fn + 3 to enter pairing mode for one of the three Bluetooth channels. The indicator light will flash.
