Maintenance

  • Keep the devices clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid exposing the units to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the units yourself. This may void the warranty and cause damage.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the units during operation to prevent overheating.

Troubleshooting

  • No Signal / Black Screen:
    • Ensure both the TX and all RX units are properly powered via their USB-C ports.
    • Verify that the HDMI cables are securely connected to both source and display devices.
    • Check if the display device is set to the correct HDMI input channel.
    • Confirm that your source device (laptop, smartphone) is outputting video via its HDMI or DP-Alt compatible USB-C port.
    • Try restarting both the TX and RX units by unplugging and re-plugging their power cables.
  • Intermittent Connection / Signal Drops:
    • Reduce the distance between the TX and RX units.
    • Minimize obstacles (walls, furniture, other electronic devices) between the TX and RX units.
    • Ensure there are no strong Wi-Fi or other wireless interference sources nearby.
    • Check if the units are overheating. Ensure they have adequate ventilation.
  • Poor Video Quality / Lag:
    • Ensure the source device is outputting a stable 1080p signal.
    • Check for interference as mentioned above.
    • Verify that the power supply to both TX and RX units is stable and sufficient.
