1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient assembly, operation, and maintenance of your FAHKNS Strapping Cart Model 177118-3. This heavy-duty dispenser is designed for use with various packaging materials, including polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP) strapping coils.

2. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your strapping cart:

1. Step 1: Install the Center Shaft and Brake Device. Install the center shaft onto the cart frame. Attach the automatic brake device, secure it with the provided screw, and hang the tension spring.

2. Step 2: Install the Inner Disk and Strapping Tape. Place the inner disk, which features a screw valve, onto the center shaft. Then, load your strapping tape coil onto the inner disk.

3. Step 3: Secure the Outer Disk. Insert the outer disk onto the center shaft. Turn the handle nut fastener to remove the handle, then use it to secure the outer disk firmly in place.

4. Step 4: Install Wheels. Install the left and right anti-slip silicone tires onto the cart axles. Ensure to tighten the anti-slip screws securely to prevent accidental movement.
